Our favorites are finally ready! We have opened the Jonagold rows! Jonagolds are a crisp, sweet and juicy apple. They have that classic apple flavor and are great for everything. We are opening the first three rows, so make sure to check-in with the orchard attendants to find the right rows.

We have also added Ruby Jon and Golden Delicious to the Ripe and Ready list! Ruby Jon are our #1 apple for applesauce. If you leave a tiny bit of the peal on it will also turn your applesauce a fun pink color! Our youngest visitors love the pink applesauce. Golden Delicious can get a bad rap in the grocery stores for being too soft. But, right off the tree these apples shine. They are crisp and sweet and very versatile. Great for eating, pies and applesauce.

Honeycrisp are still being picked but we won’t have them much longer. Don’t miss out!

Watermelon are SOLD OUT! We have been overwhelmed and thrilled with the response to our fun venture into Watermelon this year. We will definitely be growing them again next year. Thanks for humoring us and trying new crops with us!

Tomatoes are FINALLY ripening!! We have a LOT of romas ready to be picked and the slicers have more ripe everyday. We also have 4 rows of Heirlooms that have quite a bit ripe and ready also!

Here’s the big announcement, for all you die hard pumpkin fans. OUR PUMPKINS ARE READY!!! We have classic and fancy pumpkins this year. All orange classic style pumpkins will be 35 cents per pound and our more unique decorating pumpkins will be 45 cents per pound.

And don’t forget to take a stroll through our sunflowers on your way out to the Tomatoes and Pumpkins!

Go For A Sunflower Stroll!

Our Honeycrisp are going strong and look amazing this year! We have picked through three rows and have two rows left, so make sure to come pick some before they are gone!
Gala are still being picked this week and are perfect for all the back to school lunches this week. Ruby Mac and Smoothie are also still being picked.
Tomatoes are still working on ripening. We have some romas that can be found and picked with a bit of searching, but if you were hoping for slicers we recommend waiting about a week for them to ripen.
Watermelons have been flying out of the patch and are almost sold out! We have been blown away by how many of you have enjoyed the watermelon and we just might have to bring it back again next year!

This week our empty space in front of our tomatoes is blooming! It is a Sunflower Stroll! We use the word stroll instead of maze because there are many exits and we just designed it to be a nice leisurely stroll through our Sunflowers. We have really enjoyed planting this and have been super excited to see it bloom and watch people enjoy it!

Ruby Mac and Smoothie!

Ruby Mac and Golden Delicious Smoothie have been added to the Ripe and Ready list! Honeycrisp are still being picked as well as Gala!

Ruby Mac are a sweet/tart apple that are great for eating, apple sauce, and pies. Golden Delicious Smoothie are an early ripening variety of Golden Delicious. Fresh off the tree these apples are sweet are crisp. They are great for eating, apple sauce, and one of our best pie apples.

Tomatoes are Ripe and Ready and are $1 per pound for U-Pick. We have Romas, slicers and some heirlooms too!

Our Watermelons are now Ripe and Ready as well! They are a seedless sweet watermelons and are $4 each. Make sure to grab one before we sell out!
