Halloween weekend is here! October went by in a flash and we cannot believe Halloween weekend has already arrived. We still have a lot of carving pumpkins to choose from for anyone still on the hunt for the perfect pumpkin!
We have 12 varieties of apples to choose from this weekend. We are still in that sweet spot between the first half and the second half of the apple season. This means you can find both early-season apples as well as winter storing apples. The trees are loaded this year and you don't have to walk far down the rows to find great apples.

Largest Apple Contest Week #3 Winner
The winner of Week #3 of the Largest Apple Contest is Valentina! Valentina found a Jonagold in the orchard that weighed in at 1.08 pounds! Congrats to Valentina, she has won TWO FREE BUCKETS of u-pick apples.
We still have an orchard full of Ripe and Ready apples of all sizes and will be open for picking all the way until Thanksgiving. With 13 different varieties to choose from, you are sure to find an apple perfect for whatever you need.
We have a great variety of carving pumpkins to choose from if you are still looking for that perfect Jack-o-lantern.
Tomatoes will be around for the rest of this week, specifically San Marzanos. But once the frost comes in this weekend, the tomatoes will be done for this season.

Braeburn, Pumpkins, and The Largest Apple Contest
Halloween is almost here and we have a lot of fun activities to enjoy!
Start with a Self-guided Orchard Tour! Our self-guided tour is set up and starts at the mailbox by the Apple stand. Grab a map and find seven stations in the orchard and read the informational graphic signs to learn about the steps we take throughout the year to keep our orchard healthy.
Next, search the orchard for the Largest Apple and enter the third and final week of the Largest Apple Contest! Winner is announced on Monday and receives TWO FREE BUCKETS of u-pick apples.
Third, pick some apples to take home and make some fun Halloween treats. Braeburn were added to the ripe and ready list today! They are winter storing apples that can last 3-6 months.
Fourth, rescue a pumpkin from our pumpkin patch to take home and carve! We have a huge selection of carving pumpkins to find!
Parking is free and we do not charge admission. We are excited to have some fun with you all this weekend on the farm!
